Opportunity at the Core of GBE’s Vision and Mission

Since its inception, GBE has aimed to build a healthier, wealthier, more educated, and politically astute community in Georgia. This vision is underpinned by its annual Expo, a vibrant platform where Georgians, businesses, professionals, and organizations come together to celebrate, empower, and raise awareness about the Black community’s cultural, economic, and educational impact.

GBE’s Chief Excellence Officer, Ingrid Parris, stated, “We are humbled and honored to receive this award. It underscores the strength and commitment of our community in driving inclusive innovation and reflects our unwavering dedication to elevating underrepresented voices in Georgia.”

Continued Partnerships and Future Collaboration

This year’s Pathways Pioneer Award represents a milestone in the growing collaboration between GBE and organizations such as the PBAC and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The Georgia Black Expo is honored to consider these organizations part of its extended family, and we look forward to future partnerships and initiatives.

Stay tuned as we work together to expand access to innovation and build a more inclusive future.
